Junk Removal Service Areas in Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties

We are a Sonora crew. We haul from all over town, down to Jamestown, out to Columbia and Tuolumne, up the hill to Twain Harte, out Highway 120 to Groveland and across the river into Calaveras County, from Copperopolis up to Arnold. Every town gets the same flat prices as Sonora, with dump fees and the drive included.

How we work in each Tuolumne County town

Sonora: home base. Cal Sierra on Industrial Drive, where most of our loads go, is right here in East Sonora, so couches, fridges and garage loads from town are a short haul.

Twain Harte: up the hill on Highway 108, where a lot of the homes are weekend cabins. Many of our calls come from owners in the Bay Area or the valley who need the place cleared and cannot be here to do it.

Jamestown: home of Railtown and of the county's hazardous waste drop-off on High School Road. On a house or garage cleanout, the paint and chemicals we cannot take can stay right in town.

Columbia: where our partner Wacky Weedeating is based, so brush and junk often go out together. They cut the brush, and we haul the pile along with whatever else needs to go.

Tuolumne: out Tuolumne Road east of Sonora, the old lumber town. Brush piles and storm limbs go to a green waste site, and old furniture and appliances go to Cal Sierra.

Groveland: out Highway 120 on the way to Yosemite, with Big Oak Flat and Pine Mountain Lake right alongside. More than half the homes behind the Pine Mountain Lake gates are second homes, so a lot of the work is clearing a place for an owner who lives away.

Soulsbyville, Mi-Wuk Village and farther up the hill: Soulsbyville is on the way to Twain Harte, and Mi-Wuk Village, Sugar Pine and Long Barn are past it on Highway 108. Same crew and the same prices as in Sonora.

How we work in each Calaveras County town

Angels Camp: the only city in Calaveras County, up Highway 49 across the Stanislaus River. Calaveras dumps take residents only, with ID, so a flat price from photos and one trip by us is often the easy way.

Murphys: out Highway 4 past Vallecito, an old gold camp where most homes are lived in all year. Garages, moves and part-time places, with the drive over from Sonora in the flat price.

Copperopolis: across the river in Calaveras County, out Highway 108 and O'Byrnes Ferry Road by Lake Tulloch. The transfer station in town takes household trash and recycling only, so couches, appliances and full garages are what we come over for.

San Andreas: the Calaveras County seat, up Highway 49 past Angels Camp. The county's station on Highway 49 takes household trash, recyclables and cardboard, so the couch, the fridge and the whole garage are where we come in.

Arnold: up Highway 4 in Calaveras County, where about two of every three homes are second homes. Owners who live away can get a price from photos, and the raked needle piles the fire district wants off the lot go in the same load.
